My condolences to the Mitchell family. Please find comfort in John 5:28-29 and Acts 24:15, where we are promised an earthly resurrection. God yearns to bring back those in his memory to earthly life. Please look at www.jw.org for more information on the wonderful provision from our loving Father.

Just found out today of Jane's passing. So sorry I did not know sooner. I remember the last time I saw her at Canterbury just before Mother died. She had begun to fail then. Dallis and I both remember her so fondly. We often saw her when we visited Canterbury. I treasure the paintings of hers that I have, also the beautiful golden Christmas eggs.I also have a beautiful pressed flower painting. She lived a wonderful full life. Our best to all of you, Douglas, Andy, David, and Kathy, etc.

Dear Douglas, Andy, David and Kathy,
Our thoughts and prayers go out to you all in your loss of Jane. Our families have been so close for as long as I can remember. I don't remberances a Christmas Eve growing up that we did not stop by your home. Jane and Duncan were always such dear friends of Mother and Daddy's. Now they are all together again. I will always cherish the art work I have from Jane....the eggs, pressed wildflowers and paintings. Hope you are all doing well. Much Love,

I had the pleasure of being in the Laurel Garden Club and a ladies book group with Jane. We worked together on the garden club cookbook: Celebrate Highlands. There were 6 of us who went to Nashville to learn how to produce a cookbook . Jane made beautiful drawings of small flowers to enhance the sidebars in the cookbook . She was a lovely lady inside as well as out. She was fun and a joy to be with. Please know I feel my life is richer from knowing Jane. Love, Kitty Moore

We knew Jane and Duncan for a long time; always had such a good time with them.We have many fond memories. She always said we had more of her paintings than anyone else. We will treasure the paintings and always think of her when we look at them. She was a true Southern lady and she will be missed by many.

Dear Kathy -
I already miss seeing you and your mother having lunch on Wednesdays. This is such a difficult time and I loved your mother and our times having lunch during the week - she was always such a dear and her presence is missed. Love to you and your family.

Sadly we all know the pain of losing someone that we love. It doesn't get any easier, but we can find comfort from reading the words of Acts 24:15. There we are assured that we will see our loved ones again. Please accept our condolences and may God give you peace during this distressing time.
