Jerry Statham

Jerry Pierce Statham, age 62 of Griffin, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at Eternal Hope Hospice.

Jerry was born on July 17, 1956 in Athens, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gordon L. Statham and Louise Marbut Statham. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Jerry was a master carpenter who took pride in his work.

He is survived by wife of 40 years, Sandra Harris Statham; son, Rusty P. Statham and wife, Jennifer of Griffin, GA; grandson, Harrison Statham of Griffin, GA; brother, Gordon L. Statham, Jr. of Barnesville, GA; sister, Terri S. Hurt and husband, Terry of Griffin, GA; sister-in-laws, Shelby Flynn and husband, John of Griffin, GA, Sheila Chipman and husband, Marvin of Osceola, AK, Mary H. Glass, Cheryl Ford and husband, Brian of Griffin, GA; brother-in-law, Danny M. Howell of MI, Randy Howell and wife, Suzanne of Griffin, GA; mother-in-law, Helen G. Howell of Griffin, GA; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
