Mr. Jimmy Maddox, Jr., age 81 of Griffin, Georgia passed away Monday, July 30, 2018 at WellStar Spalding Regional Hospital.

Mr. Maddox was born on December 28, 1936 in Spalding County, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jim Maddox, Sr. and Fannie Bell Cooper Maddox; his wife, Jean West Maddox. He retired from American Can Company and was a member of North Griffin Congregational Holiness Church.

A visitation for Mr. Maddox will be Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Gene Luke will officiate. Interment will follow in Westwood Gardens.
