Joshua David Steele, age 39 of Griffin, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019.

Joshua was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts on March 28, 1979. He is preceded in death by his parents, David A. Steele, Jr. and Kathy Lynn Westgate Steele; grandparents, Eleanor and David A. Steele, Sr., John Westgate.

Survivors include his life partner, Ashley; children, Victoria, Oliver, Courtney, Mikal, Alijah, Javen and Jacob; grandchildren, Noah, Nevaeh, soon to be born, Maverick and a baby girl; brother, Jeremy Steele; grandmother, Janice Westgate; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 5:00 pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home.
