Karen Jones

Karen Frances Jones, age 63, of Griffin, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022 at her residence.

Karen was born in Atlanta on August 14, 1958. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Frances and Russell L. Ponder; sister, Ann Holbrook; and brothers, Johnny Robertson and Rusty Ponder. Karen loved spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her sister, Gail Ponder; daughter, Denise Pillsbury (Billy); son, Kurt Breland (Hope); daughter, Nancy Bradberry (Carey); grandsons, Blake Pillsbury (Alexis), Will Pillsbury (Megan), Dylan Whittmore, Eric Breland; granddaughters, January McCard, Emily Bradberry; great grandchildren, Emersyn, Jax, Kayce; brother, Charles Robertson; many cousins, nieces, nephews, and very special friends.

Visitation for Karen will be Sunday, June 26, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home.  A memorial service will follow in the Chapel, Angie Stokes will officiate. Although Karen enjoyed flowers while she was here, she requested that everyone consider making a donation to the Dolly Goodpuppy Society animal rescue, P.O.
