Keith Ware age 64, died on Saturday, September 4, 2021. His contributions and dedication will be missed by the community he loved and served.
Keith was born in Griffin Spalding County, Georgia on April 24, 1957. He is preceded in death by his parents, Melba Frances Martin Ware and William Francis Ware; brother, Ronnie Ware. He was a 1976 graduate of Griffin High School. After high school, he went to Griffin Tech to study Electrical Systems. Keith began his career working in the auto shop at K-Mart in Griffin, from there, he worked for Bandag rubber in the maintenance shop, then went to work for Spalding County Sheriff’s Office as head of maintenance from 2000-2018. He was very involved in the community, especially with children. He was co-founder of Southside Riders in 1998, then became President, and helped raise thousands of dollars for underserved children, and was known by the motorcycle community as "Wolfman". Keith was also on the Board of Directors for the State March of Dimes for Healthier Babies from 1998-2000. Brother Keith joined the Masonic Fraternity in 2007 and was a Past Master of Griffin Lodge No. 413 in 2013 and served as Secretary from 2014 until 2017. WB Keith transferred his membership to Hampton Masonic Lodge No. 70 in 2018. Noble Keith was created in Yaarab Shrine in 2008 and was very active with the Henry County Shrine Club where he served as President in 2018, followed by serving as club secretary from 2019-2021. Keith was an avid fisherman and a superior cook and loved cooking for others!
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Wallace Ware; children, Shawn Smith (Sam), Ryan Harper (Sarah), Brandon Ware, Emaleigh Ware, Kaydee Ware, Lily Ware, Colten Ware; grandchildren, Ridge, River, Landon, Abraham, and Scarlett; sisters, Kerrell Smith (Gene), Shirley Presley; brother, Walley Ware.

There will be a Celebration of Life service, Saturday, September 18th at 11:00 am at Meridian Sun Masonic Lodge No. 26 315 Wesley Ave Griffin, Georgia.
