Kevin H. York age 56 of Griffin, Georgia passed away Monday, June 15, 2020.
Kevin was born in Barnesville, Georgia on August 4, 1963. He is preceded in death by his father, Billy York. He was a graduate of Griffin High School and worked as a Locksmith for Larry’s Lock and Key. He was a member if the Griffin Moose Lodge, enjoyed music, traveling and having a good time.
Survivors include his fiancée, Dana Stephens; son, Billy York; mother and step father, Dale and Kike Seda; brother and sister-in-law, Kent and Donna York; sister and brother-in-law, Karla and Dale Brown; Step brother and sister-in-law Skip & Kathy Seda, Jim Campbell who he called DAD; several nieces, nephews and cousins and many friends including Lana “Little Sis” Cash, Joe & Penny Hutson, Josh Bennett, Regina Ramsey and many others.
A gathering to celebrate his life will be on Saturday, June 27, 2020 from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm in the Family Center of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A lite lunch will be provided. Friends and family are welcome to share a memory of Kevin. Due to some restrictions by the state of Georgia and Spalding County please remember social distancing.
