Lauren Ashley Scott, age 22 of Locust Grove, Georgia passed away Saturday, July 9, 2022.
Lauren was born in Griffin, Georgia on May 5, 2000. Lauren was a Northgate High School graduate, class of 2018. Lauren had an animal lover’s heart- especially for horses and her dog, Copper. She worked as a Veterinarian Technician. She loved, and is loved by her family who will miss her deeply.
Survivors include her mother and step-father, Nicole and Steve Jesensek; father, Anthony Craig Scott; sister, Kristen Jesensek; brother, Steven Jesensek; grandparents, Steve and Elaine Nail, Lanny and Shirley Hook, Tony Scott, Frank and Deborah Jesensek, Cindy and Matthew Carleton; aunts and uncles, Christine Jesensek, Shannon and Ellis Moncrief, Ashley and Ira Richter, Grant Nail, Tricia Nail; cousins, Cade Richter, Laina Richter, Allie Richter, Ashtyn Richter, Shelby Nail, Hunter Nail, Charles Moncrief, Tanner Moncrief, Braden Moncrief, and great-grandmother, Laura Smallwood.
A visitation will be Saturday, July 16, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A service will follow in the chapel. Pastor Steven Bell will officiate. Lauren was fun loving and casual. She would want her family and friends in colorful, comfortable attire.
