I came to know the Huff family while teaching at South Cobb High School and found them to be outstanding--all of them. Lori was an unforgettable young woman who was a joy in class and with whom I was delighted to make contact on Facebook. Her regular posts about daily life were filled with humor and thought. Upon learning of this tragedy, my heart went out first to Mike who loved her so much. Not many brothers openly express their love and admiration for their sister; but, he never failed to do that. Then, I thought of Gene and Judy. Gene was always so quiet and self-contained that I know this is a serious blow to him. Judy is an outstanding Christian and I am confident that she holds onto that faith at this time. My heart goes out to all of you, I know that you are heartbroken, but turn your eyes upon Jesus and look forward to your reunion with Lori in a better place. I know that I am anticipating that.
