Mrs. Lou Maddox Lewis, age 84 of Griffin, Georgia passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Wellstar Spalding Hospital.

Lou was born in Griffin, Georgia on November 13, 1936. Her parents, Oscar and Opal Maddox; special aunt and uncle, Theron and Martha Johnson all preceed her in death. She was of the Methodist Faith.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Charles Merlin Lewis; son and daughter-in-law Charles and Gloria Lewis; granddaughter Chloe’ Lewis-Ackley (Jordan); 2 great grandchildren Axel and Zane.

A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers please send donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, 1891 W. McIntosh Rd, Griffin is in charge of arrangements.
