Marian Phillips

Mrs. Marian Fay Phillips, age 87 of Ellijay, Georgia formerly of Barnesville and College Park, Georgia passed away Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Eternal Hope Hospice, Griffin, Georgia.

Mrs. Phillips was born in Atlanta, Georgia on March 10, 1932 to the late Charlie Guy Barnett and Clara B. Barnett. Mrs. Phillips is also preceded in death by her husband, Charles T. Phillips and son Charles Warren Phillips. Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker and a member of the Milner Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Michael G. and Elizabeth Bryant of Suches, Georgia, Robert G. Bryant of Blue Ridge, Georgia; daughter and son-law Natalie P. and David Cook of Locust Grove, Georgia; daughter-in-law Rebecca Phillips of Maryville, Tennessee; ten grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at College Park Cemetery, College Park, Georgia on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow immediately after the service. Mr. Michael G. Bryant will officiate.
