Mrs. Marilyn Ellison Gentry, age 68 of Griffin, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017 at Eternal Hope Hospice.

Mrs. Gentry was born on October 19, 1948 in Cleveland, Tennessee. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Edward Ellison and Marilyn Ellison, her husband, Robert A. Gentry.

She is survived by her children, Kimberly Livingston, Tommy Gentry, Mike Gentry; 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; sisters, Gay Ellison Henderson, Bonita Ellison Jones; brother, Robert Ellison; several nieces and nephews

A memorial service for Mrs. Marilyn Gentry will be conducted on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Oak Hill Baptist Church. Reverend John Nance will officiate.
