Mary Ann Scott, age 87 of Barnesville, Georgia passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018.

Mary Ann Scott was born in South Bend, Indiana on May 21, 1931. Mary Ann Scott was preceded in death by her parents Albert W. and Maxine McGuffin; daughter Sue Murphy and her beloved cat and companion “Gizzy.”

She is survived by her son’s Kevin (Pam) Myers of Griffin and Homer “Trey” (Karla) Scott of Griffin; daughter Cindy (Calvin) Strickland of Milner; grandchildren Shane McNeal, Brandon Myers, Christie McNeal, Heather Thompson, Trace Scott, Kassie Scott, Kaleb Scott, Levi Strickland, Richard Strickland and Jeremiah Strickland; great-granddaughter Ava Strickland and 12 additional great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Mary Ann Scott will be Tuesday, June 5, 2018, 6-8 pm at the Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at 11am at Molena City Cemetery. Pastor Ann Brasswell will officiate.
