Michael Keith Gordy

Mr. Michael Keith (Mickey) Gordy, Sr. age 80 of Griffin, Georgia passed away Monday, September 21, 2020.
Mickey was born in Griffin, Georgia on January 27, 1940. His parents, Hubert Ray Gordy and Hazel Beatrice Boggs Gordy, along with his wife, Linda R. Gordy, brother, Ronnie Gordy and sister, Sherri (Pug) Murphy all preceded him in death. He was retired from Dundee Mills, a member of The Way Ministries Church. He was known as Uncle Mickey at Waffle House.
Survivors include daughter, Sherri Coleman and husband Ryan; son, Keith Gordy and Gene Jackson; grandchildren, Shane and Jake Coleman; sister, Mary Davis and husband, Doug; brother, Craig Gordy and wife, Cathy; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Followed by a memorial service in the chapel. Pastor Valerie Chappell will officiate.
