Mrs. Ollie Paulette Cavender Wilkes, age 73 of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 21, 2019 at WellStar Spalding Hospital.

Mrs. Wilkes was born on March 15, 1946 in Griffin, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jabous Walter Cavender and Geneva Rackley Cavender. She was previously employed by Nacom.

Survivors include her husband, Cecil Lamar Wilkes; children, Janet Chaffin-Bunn, April Bunn and husband Tony; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; two brothers; and eight sisters.

A celebration of life gathering will sunday, July 7, 2019 from 1-4 pm at Dauset Trail, 360 Mount Vernon Church Road, Jackson, GA 30233
