Patricia (Pat) Glenn Rish Lee of Griffin died January 16, 2022. She was born October 6, 1942. Pat was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Alma McComsey and Henry and Retta Rish; parents, Herbert and Alma Rish; her mother-in-law Pauline Ward Collins; brother-in-law Jerry Monroe and sister-in-law Tricia Lee.

Pat graduated from College Park High School in 1960 where she was a cheerleader for the Rams in football and basketball. Pat began her working career with AT & T out of high school following the path of several family members. She left AT & T in 1971 to become a full-time Domestic Engineer where she excelled and was her happiest.  Pat was a member of County Line United Methodist Church where she held various positions over the years including: Vacation Bible School Leader. Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader of the MYF, Church Hostess and Choir Member. She was a Girl Scout leader for many years; also volunteered with the PTA serving as President of Beaverbrook Elementary and eventually serving on the state PTA board for 3 years. Many summers were spent praying with, housing, caring for and feeding the youth of County Line at Mt. Zion Methodist Camp meeting. Pat loved traveling, spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed many shopping and lunch dates with all the girls. She enjoyed working in the yard with her flowers and playing with her beloved Bandit.

Pat is survived by her husband Tommie; daughter Kim Brannen and son-in-law Gary; son Brian Lee and daughter-in-law Amanda; grandchildren Philip Brannen, Peyton and Anna Grace Lee;  brother Herb Rish and wife Nancy; nephews John and Renee Rish and Robert and Bridgette Rish: step-son Gary and Sharon Lee,step-granddaughter Harley Lee and step great granddaughters Rosalee and Anastasia Vick and step-daughter Sherry Lee along with several brothers-in laws, a sister-in law, several nieces, nephews, great nieces and a great nephew. 

Visitation will be at Conner-Westbury Tuesday, January 18 from 6-8 in Griffin. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 3:00 in the chapel at Conner Westbury with Ed Swehla officiating. Interment will be at County Line United Methodist in Griffin. Pallbearers will be John Rish, Robert Rish, Stephen Rish, Ethon Harper, Aaron Fenimore, Tommy Harris. In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to St. Judes in Pat’s honor.
