Patricia Ann Hood

Patricia Ann Hood, age 89 of Griffin passed away Tuesday, November 16, 2021.
Patricia was born December 4, 1931 in Rumford, Maine. Her parents John and Elmira Dustin; brother, John Dustin; sisters, Irene Desmond, Evelyn Dustin and Dorothy Ahearn all preceded her in death. Patricia was married to the love of her life, Richard, for 63 years. She was a “compassionate” person who loved and cared for stray dogs and cats. Patricia worked as a nurse for several years. She enjoyed traveling, and two of her favorite places were England and South Dakota.
Patricia is survived by husband, Richard Hood, nephews, Michael Dustin, Richard Dustin, Patricia Cunningham, Carol Poulin and Terri Mulliken.
A visitation will be Friday, November 19, 2021 from 10:30 am until 11:00 am at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 am in the chapel of Conner-Westbury. Tami Scheuer will officiate.
