Peggy D. Boyd, age 69, of Newnan passed away Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Molena Health and Rehab.

Mrs. Boyd was born in Griffin, Georgia on May 26, 1948. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles M. Folds and Doris Hudgins Folds. Mrs. Boyd worked at Spalding Regional Hospital as a Nurse. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved to spend time with her family and friends.

She is survived by, daughter, Kimberly Richards and husband, Nathan; son, Shane Boyd and wife, Tracy; grandchildren, Nicholas Boyd, Brett Boyd and Skyler Singleton; sisters, Betty Clay and husband, Bennie and Sherrie Coker and husband, Danny; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation for Mrs. Peggy Boyd will be Monday, August 7, 2017 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, August 8, at11:00 am in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Mike Freeman will officiate. Interment will follow at Griffin Memorial Gardens.
