Randy Pass

Mr. James Randolph “Randy” Pass, age 67, of Hampton passed away on Friday, November 4, 2022.

Randy was born in Griffin, Georgia on April 27, 1955. His parents, Leonard Pass and Hilda Moore Pass; brother, Bobby Pass; and sister, Sandra Pass Norris (Edward) all precede him in death. Randy was a 1973 graduate of Griffin High School, and then continued his education at Georgia Tech where he played football for the Yellow Jackets. After graduating from college in 1978, Randy was drafted by the New York Giants to play professional football. He went on to play for the Green Bay Packers before beginning his career with Delta Airlines. In addition to being a football fan, he was an avid NASCAR supporter and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Smith Pass; daughter, Leigh Pass McCarty; son, Stephen Pass; mother of his children, Susan Schaffer Pass; grandchildren, Brandon Bencale, Madison Pass, Brelynn Pass, Kye Pass; sisters, Linda Pass Pitts (Chance) and Peggy Pass Blackmon (Hiram); step-daughter, Brook Medley (Coleman and Cameron); sisters-in-law, Debbie Bartholomew and Donna Hattaway; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, November 11, 2022 from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow the visitation at 12:00 pm in the Chapel.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice to honor the life of Randy.
