Roger Lajoy Mosley

Roger “Lajoy” Mosley, age 78 of Griffin, passed away on October 2, 2018 at Brightmoor Hospice.

Roger was born in Dallas, Georgia on November 4, 1939. He is preceded in death by his parents, Hoke Mosley and Lola Adair Mobley; brother and sister, Rudolph and Frances. Roger was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Lajoy is survived by his wife, Glenda Harrell; children, Joy Possey, Roger Mosley, Jr., Vickie Sanford, Tammy Winters, Marisa Watson, Amanda Griffith and Megan Mosley; sisters and brother, Dot, Meryl, Josephine, Pat and Lamar. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family.

Visitation for Roger “Lajoy” Mosley will be Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation a funeral service will be at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Bobby Anderson will officiate. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
