Ruby Bennett Smallwood

Ruby Marie Bennett Smallwood age 86, of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.
Mrs. Smallwood was born in Williamson, Georgia on February 13, 1936, Her parents, Bill Bennett and Mattie Allen Bennett, husband, Marvin Smallwood, sister, Rosa Mangham, brothers, Dean, Joe, Paul, Homer, Doug and Howard Bennett all preceded her in death. She retired from Snapper.
She is survived by her children, Betty and Mike Quick, Debra and Charles Quick, Marty Smallwood; grandchildren, Chris and Tabitha Couch, Wendy and Chris Coleman, Toby and Jill Cleveland, Jana Smallwood, Jamy Smallwood; 13 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Gertrude Cox, Viola Vaughn, Frances Grindle; and many nieces and nephews.  
The family would like to say a special Thank You to Brightmoor Hospice for all the loving care and support they shown during this time.
Visitation for Ruby Smallwood will be Saturday, February 4, 2023 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home.  Followed by a funeral service in the Chapel, officiated by Reverend James Wilson.  Interment will be at Westwood Gardens.
