Mrs. Sara “Kitty” Smejkal, age 71 of Griffin, Georgia passed away Saturday, March 14, 2020.
Mrs. Smejkal was born March 31, 1948 in Griffin, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her parents W.A. Singleton and Ozella Bowlden Singleton; brother Billy Singleton. Sara loved to spend time with her family and friends. Her hobbies were watching wrestling on T.V., to read and cook.
She is survived by her husband Bob J. Smejkal; daughter Mandy Moore and husband Mike; granddaughter Victoria Moore; and niece Sherrie Singleton.
A visitation will be Wednesday, March 18, 2020 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Conner-Westbury. Reverend Gaines Wise will officiate. Interment will follow at Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
