Mrs. Sara Peeples Tinsley, age 91 of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Wellstar Spalding Hospital. Sara was born in Griffin, Georgia on April 2, 1930. She is preceded in death by her parents, Idus Peeples and Susie Thomas Peeples; husband, George Tinsley; children, Michael Redding, Burnell Redding, Connie Crews, Randy Redding, Pete Redding; four sisters; four brothers. She was retired from Fashion Industries.
Survivors include her 11 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 31 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Monday, January 10, 2022 from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Following the visitation, a graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 pm at Griffin Memorial Gardens.
