Steve Moss

Steven R. Moss, age 71, of Griffin passed away Thursday, July 21, 2022 at WellStar Spalding Hospital. 
 
Steve was born in Griffin, Georgia on December 24, 1950. His parents, Lawrence Milton Moss Sr. and Lucille Malone Moss, brother, Bubba Moss and sister, Melba Harrison all preceded him in death. He was retired from AEP and was a veteran of United States Army. He loved camping trips, music concerts, and hanging out with family and friends.
 
He is survived by son, Jared and Vanetta Moss; daughter, Ryan and Blake Wright; grandchildren, Noah Moss, Sophie Moss, Evan Wright, Ella Wright; brother, Bo Moss (Pam); sisters, Kathy Turpin (Skip), Laura McDaniel (Dewayne) and Jan Huff (Roger); and several nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.
 
A visitation will be Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Followed by a funeral service in the chapel. Craig Gordy will officiate. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
