Susan Bunn Woodward

Mrs. Susan Bunn Woodward, age 87 of Griffin, Georgia passed away on April 7, 2021 at Eternal Hope Hospice.

Susan was born January 21, 1934 in Forsyth, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert F. Bunn and Eleanor Rutherford Bunn, and brother, Samuel R. Bunn.
Susan and her husband Billy owned and operated Woodward Cleaners in Griffin for many years.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Bill Woodward; daughters, Kitty (Joey) Grubbs, Julie (Jimmy) Ward, grandchildren; Kristen (Ryan) Wilson, Andy (Alexandra) Fountain, David (Mary) Fountain, Anna Brower, Katie (Eric) Bailey, Adam Grubbs, Brandon (Lindsey) Grubbs, Carrie (Seth) Foust. Great-grandchildren include: Brailey and Braxton Grubbs, Jane and April Bailey, Margot Fountain, and Eleanor Wilson.

Visitation will be Monday, April 12, 2021 from 1:00 pm until 1:45 pm at Eagles Way Church. A funeral service will follow at the Church at 2:00 pm. Reverend Mike Oliver and Reverend Buren Goss will officiate. Entombment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery Mausoleum. The service will be live-streamed by Eagles Way Church on Facebook.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Eagles Way Church Music Fund.
