TED H. JONES

Mr. Ted H. Jones, age 56 of Griffin, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at WellStar Spalding Hospital.

Ted was born in Griffin, on January 13, 1963. He is preceded in death by his father, Lamar Jones. He was employed by Brightmoor Nursing Center for many years. He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing, he was a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Survivors include his wife Kim Jones; son Ryan Jones and wife Kayla, their daughter Mackenzie; daughter, Macy Jones; mother, Donna R. Bassham; sister, Natalie Mize and husband Frank; nephew, Taylor Jennings and wife Samantha; several aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as the staff and residents of Brightmoor Nursing Center.

A visitation will be Saturday, June 15, 2019 from 2:00 pm until 4:30 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, with a funeral service following in the Chapel. Pastor Gordon Tippins will officiate. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Brightmoor Nursing Center Activities Fund: 3235 Newnan Rd., Griffin, Georgia 30223.
