William "Billy" Nelson Taylor

Mr. William Nelson “Billy” Taylor, age 68 of Griffin, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Piedmont Henry Hospital.
 
Billy was born in Ft. Bragg, North Carolina on September 18, 1954.  His parents, Samuel Taylor and Agnes Patterson Taylor; son, Jacob Graham Taylor preceded him in death.  Billy was retired from Georgia Power as a Foreman.

Survivors include his children, Tessa (Chris) Duncan, Natalie Taylor, Truitt (Clare) Taylor; brother and sister in law, Ron (Linda) Taylor; sister and brother in law, Angie (Kirt) Perdue, Tina Campbell, Shelia Taylor and Terri Rubin; grandchildren, Lexi Duncan, Lindsey (Brandon) Clanton, and Lauren Duncan; several nieces and nephews.
 
A visitation will be Friday, May 26, 2023 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home.  Following the visitation, a funeral service will be conducted in the Chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
