Ms. Willie Kate Harris age 96 of Inman, Georgia passed away Monday, July 16, 2018 at Southwest Christian Hospice.
Ms. Harris was born in Fayette County on July 29, 1921. Her parents preceded her in death, Willie and Sarah Betsill Harris, siblings, Julius Harris, Woodrow Harris, Roscoe “Buck” Harris, Margaret Harris Cox. She was a member of Panhandle Baptist Church.
Survivors are whom she considered her adopted daughters, Ruth Ellison and Dixie Ellison and their families, nieces and nephews among them, Wayne Harris, Louise Hester.
A visitation for Willie Kate Harris will be Wednesday, July 18, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. The funeral service will be on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. Reverend Chris Magnes and Tim Ellison will officiate. Interment will follow in Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery in Fayette County.
