Bonnie and I have been blessed to know the Thomas family. We will never forget Mr. Billy coming to Stepping Stones to read to the children. His quiet grace was an example of how we should all carry ourselves. He was a part of that finest generation that served his God, served this country with honor and dignity, fought a war on two continents, and protected the freedom that we cherish today. Thank you Mr. Billy and Mrs. Ann for your love and friendship.

Our prayers are with the family of Mr. Thomas and his family. Jim Thomas was a classmate of mine, and our fathers served in World War II. My father passed away a year ago.
