Ms. Juanita L. Coffield, age 90 of Hampton, Georgia passed away on Monday, January 16, 2018 at Eternal Hope Hospice in Griffin.

Ms. Coffield was born in Smyrna, Georgia on October 21, 1927. She is preceded in death by her parents, Prentiss Coffield, Sr. and Lula Viola Dobbs Coffield; brother Prentiss Coffield, Jr. Ms. Coffield retired as an analyst with the Department of the Army.

Survivors include her niece Deborah (Jimmy) Massey of McDonough; nephew Keith (Debra) Beckum of Hampton; sister Jacqueline Beckum of Hampton; great-niece Tamara Shanley of Hampton; great-nephews Jeffery Beckum and James Shanley of Hampton, and several other nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Ms. Juanita L. Coffield will be on Thursday, January 18, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will be conducted on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Crest Lawn Memory Gardens 2000 Marietta Boulevard N/W Atlanta, GA 30318. Interment will follow. Dr. Keith Wesley will officiate.
