Mr. McDougal was such a joy to be around.
We will miss seeing his smile and hearing him joke with all of us. Heaven has gained a very special man.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family,

Dear McDougal Family,
I didn't know Mr. McDougal personally but I wanted to send my warmest sympathies to you and your family. Dealing with a the loss of a family member can be extremely difficult an taxing but we can draw strength from the "God of all comfort" and his word the Bible.(2 Corinthians 1:3) In the near future Jehovah God will have new system here on earth that will benefit all of mankind. There will be no more sickness and death(Revelation 21:3,4) pain and mourning will be done away with. We will then have the hope of seeing our loved lost ones on this paradise earth because of the resurrection hope. "Both the righteous and the unrighteous" will be able to have that oopportunity to be brought back to life. (Acts 24:15) I hope that these thoughts from the Bible can bring you and your family a measure of comfort. If you would like to learn more about this topic visit WWW.jw.org

My first memory of Uncle Nolan was when he was living on Old Bill Cook Road next to Uncle Ruffen. That was in the very early 1960s. We would have family gatherings at his house, cooking out hamburgers. All the kids would run between the two houses, stopping in the muscadine grapes that grew between the houses. We would fill up on grapes and the adults would wonder why we didn't want to eat our hamburgers.

I have wonderful memories of those days.

Rest in peace Uncle Nolan.

In my childhood memories, I'll always remember the McDougal brothers wearing the "McDougal House Moving" uniforms with their cowboy hats and boots. The city of Atlanta didn't know what hit them when the McDougal boys arrived. Such happy times. I love my McDougal Family and all the precious memories. Rest in peace, sweet Uncle Nolan.
Love to all, Cindy McDougal Bonner
