I am so sorry to hear about Phyllis' passing. I know many years have gone by, but she had such a positive energy about her and such a sweet and gentle nature. One of my greatest memories growing up was going to her house on Christmas Eve, and she was a big reason why because she always made our family feel so welcome. She was the kind of person who seemed to lift others up by example.
I'll definitely keep your family in my prayers and thoughts as you go through this difficult time.

Our family was so sorry to hear about the death of Phyllis Meeks and certainly send our sympathy and prayers to the family. Going to the Meek's house on Christmas Eve was a tradition for our family until I got out of high school! She was an excellent cook and even better hostess. She had a way of making everyone feel welcome. She had a giving heart and will be missed by all of us. We hope you find comfort in your memories of such a wonderful person!

So sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Meeks. My heartfelt condolences to the family. Mr. And Mrs. Meeks lived across the street from my family on shell nut Dr in Forest Park. I was fortunate enough to get to see her again when I moved to Butts County 7 years ago. Always such a sweet spirit and great mom and just all around great person. Heaven surely received another angel.

My sympathy to the family of Phyllis Meeks. Although I haven’t seen her in nearly 40 years, I do remember her very well. She was my 7th grade school bus driver and provided me and the other kids with safe and dependable transportation to and from W.A. Fountain Junior High School in Forest Park each and every morning. I was one of her very first stops (Phillips Drive @ Burbank Trail) so I had my choice of seats! I’m very sad to learn of her passing and offer heartfelt condolences to her family.

Mrs. Meeks was my bus driver too, and I loved her! She was beautiful and always pleasant and encouraging. She had a gentle spirit and I admired her greatly! My condolences to the family.
