We were saddened to hear of the passing of Marilyn. She was always such a sweet neighbor to Marsha in High School and had a wonderful loving heart and spirit. Her marriage to George was a strong testimony about true love and devotion. May God comfort her family and all who knew her.
Sincerely,
Darryl and Marsha Segraves

I first met Marilyn in high school. We were always in homeroom together and I had several classes with her too. Marilyn always seemed full of life and excited with life too. My heart goes out to you at this time of great loss but I celebrate with you that she has already seen Jesus and is walking on the streets of gold totally well, whole and complete to never suffer again. My thoughts and prayers are with you and all who loved her. No doubt, our loss is heaven's gain! With heartfelt prayers and sympathy, Glenda (Blanton) Smith

Thank you Carine for sharing your thoughts. I don't think anyone that has known Marilyn could imagine anyone more generous, kind and loving. She and I loved having your parents with us in Virginia.

I have never known as sweeter soul in my life. My brother was so fortunate to have her as his constant companion for so many wonderful years as was she to have his complete care and devotion every step of the way
. Their exemplary son, Will, is the result of this union of such a fine and loving pair. I love you both.

Marilyn was a very special lady--always humble & kind. She had a Servant's heart & a Warrior spirit & dealt with her health challenges with strength, courage & grace. Coupled with her strong faith & deep love for her family, Marilyn gave a living testimony that touched many. Rest-in-Peace, My Friend--knowing you was indeed a blessing. You will be greatly missed.

I offer my deepest condolences to all who loved Marilyn and pray that Our Heavenly Father will wrap His loving arms around you and bring you comfort and peace as only He can do.

Doris, thank you for these beautiful thoughts of Marilyn. She is indeed an outstanding, wonderful eternal work of God. We were together since ages 15 & 17 and I believe she blessed everyone that was given the privilege of knowing her. She certainly is missed but, thanks be to God, for the confidence in the Lord that she yet lives - now better than ever - and we'll be together again!

Marilyn was such a fun and sweet friend! We shared the love of church, cooking, our homes and flowers. Our greatest shared love was our two sons who are great friends! She will be missed by many. 💔
