Mrs. McElveen was one of the sweetest and most gracious ladies I ever had the privilege to care for. She was beautiful inside and out. May her family find comfort in all the precious memories of great times shared with this lovely lady.

My prayers of sympathy to Leon and family at the passing of Ms. Sara. I remember her even in my elementary school days coming to our classroom sometimes with goodies but always with her sweet smile. She was a dear, sweet lady. May God bless you all with comfort and peace as you go thru this sad time. Capture the sweet memories and cherish them forever. Rhonda Laster Elder (GHS class of 1974).

I did not know Mrs. McElveen personally but I was saddened to hear of his passing. My family would like to send our deepest condolences to you at this time. The loss of a loved one can be very difficult but much help can be found in "the God of all comfort" source of strength the Bible.-2Corinthians 1:3 In the near future there will be a Resurrection of both the "righteous and the unrighteous"-Acts24:15 in which they we be able to come back to life here on earth under perfect conditions free from sin and death. Revelation 21:3,4 makes mention that there will no more things such as crying, pain or mourning because the former way of life will be gone. What a time to look forward to!
